rib eye 炭燒過再切slice. Medium rare 熟得剛好. 肉質中間仲係嫩紅帶有牛肉香, 用嘅香料好都係有南非特色, nutmeg 肉豆蔻、chermoula sauce (以fresh herbs, lemon, ginger 同 red pepper flakes製成)而底層唔係普通的薯蓉, 而係用左木薯, 比平時食薯蓉多左層天然嘅甜味仲更加creamy 幼滑

暫時仲攞緊酒牌, 依家老闆親自製作mocktail, 一杯係帶有🪻 lavender 清香都幾特別, 另一杯較為清爽, 加左西柚汁青檸同soda調製.

老闆好熱情同每枱客人都會傾吓偈🫶🏻 雖然新開, 但小店ard 12個位夜晚都差唔多full house. 目測多數係外國人幫襯,老闆話都想俾更多local 試到南非菜, 俾左lunch menu 我哋睇都幾抵, $135 有3道菜午餐, 包括starter、main 、dessertor coffee, 推薦
