To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 本人雖然很喜歡周圍食,但很多時也很大鄉里,因我從來也未試過"太興"的燒味,也未曾品嚐過冰鎮奶茶. 今次我首次來連鎖"太興燒味"店,當然要拍拍照及記錄一下啦!其實今天來的主要原因,就是我表姐前一個月結婚,給了我們兩張乳豬coupon,這張coupon是可以在各間太興分店擋50元使用,就是這樣,今天便來太興開飯.今天,是我和母親大人來光顧,由於早上我們的早餐吃得太飽了,所以今天兩個share一碟雙拼飯及order兩杯冰鎮奶茶.1)雙拼飯-燒鵝+白切雞燒鵝真的很好味,皮是香脆的,肉質也很重燒鵝味. 記得前一段日子吃過一間著名燒鵝出名的酒樓,可惜感覺上似鴨多一點,而且也很騷,但這一個完全不同,真的很香燒鵝味. 但可惜,白切雞比較差一點,可能廚房給我們這個雞的部位不是好食的部位(即是肉不多的部位),而且味道也不及我家樓下的$15雙拼飯的白切雞那麼好食,所以白切雞的部份我比較失望.2)冰鎮奶茶之前也一直聽過"冰鎮奶茶",但從未試過,也從未知道什樣形成的,今天終於試到了. 原來凍奶茶裏沒有加上冰,只是外面圍上冰是這麼好飲,最起碼沒有冰來沖淡它,是這麼香濃,今天我終於品嚐到這個香濃冰鎮奶茶了.由於今天
