To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很多人都講和順記雞脾飯好大塊，所以今天專登從屯門過去試試，他的位置不難找，店外有個大招牌寫住和順記的，我12點去到不算多人，我見很多人也是叫他的招牌飯，所以我也不例外。 他們的制作也很快，第一眼見到那塊大雞脾果然名不墟傳，之前我在元朗也吃過這樣大塊的雞脾，但今次雞脾的size真是和元朗吃過的沒有分別，接近可以把整個臉遮住，咬下去十分香脆，夠熱和很多汁，而蛋王混豉油撈落飯去吃可以雞脾也不用就可以把整碟飯吃完，所以一定要吃這個飯。
