近年廚師發辦 (Omakase)盛行,有些日式食店都加推Omakase套餐,部份價格相宜,豐儉由人。今次所選擇的黃埔鮨文,是妹妹聽朋友的推介後book枱。店舖地點在大馬路旁,其實位置很方便,但也會走漏了眼。從地鐵站出來後,過了大馬路留意左手邊就是了,較少人行走的方向。是日餐牌有3個價位的Omakase可選,$980的餐有signature海膽杯「迷你雲丹盛」,雖然刺身比起$1380那份少了2款,但有海膽杯補回!大家都二話不說,悉數選這$980的餐。先奉上茶碗蒸,白飯魚茶碗蒸,蒸蛋水嫩滑溜,面層鋪滿白飯魚,白飯魚味道淡香,質感柔軟,不會太鹹。作為用餐的開端就恰好,不會太重口味,影響味蕾。4款刺身,先出場的是灸燒油甘魚,魚油香之中帶點炙燒香氣,入口柔軟,醬汁令人開胃。第二款是白子,有些人可能會怕白子的腥味及質感,而師傅今次選用的是鯛魚白子,口感與雞子相似,較雞子軟稔,而不是那種質感creamy的白子。絲毫沒有點半腥味,以酸汁為佐料,更加開胃!第三款是櫻滷八爪魚,令人為之驚喜!櫻滷八爪魚充滿香氣,質感柔軟,滷得十分入味,帶微微甜味!配柚子胡椒吃,額外增添香氣~~最後一款刺身是吉列帆立貝,外層
