To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老友突襲吃午飯，12點幾先打上紅館試吓運氣有無枱，竟然book到太好了!聽說紅館寬條麵好食，梗係要試吓啦。二人叫左個青口寬條麵同US 炸牛肋條。套餐包括是日餐湯/沙拉，主菜及飲品。遺憾的是我最愛的磨菇湯己售罄，只剩沙拉可取。青口寬條麵麵條有口感，彈牙，果然出名，但份量不多。青口有1-2隻吃到有沙粒，可能係個青口殼。忌廉汁恰到好處，不會太多，只係薄薄的蓋著寬條麵，食極都不夠!炸牛肋條有驚喜，上碟時覺得得幾舊，賣相又不多討好，以為自己中伏。點知，易切易咬，醬料甜甜地好提高食慾，牛味也突出。伴菜不少，有薯仔，菜。仍然是份量不多。雖則我地二人是女性，但兩個餐真的好像不多夠飽🤭
