To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三款壽司均是我的大愛,特別是鮮甜彈牙的牡丹海老壽司,真的很好吃! 

對我來說壽司米飯的澱粉質不算是澱粉質,再多來三貫也沒問題,嘻嘻!

四式甜點中,以香印意式奶凍最美,面層有閃亮小珍珠、香印提子片和紫蘇花襯托;香印瑞士卷則最為簡約,卷蛋蛋糕配上忌廉餡、小菊和香印提子片,杏仁香印果撻的甜度則最高。

香港人常接觸英式三層架下午茶,以香印提子作主題的下午茶,原來有著如斯清新美好的體驗,而且「櫻田」夠寧靜、擁有足夠讓心身放鬆的空間,所以絕對有必要換換新口味,多謝友人的好介紹,我們要繼續㝷找刺激去,Go Go Go!
