To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住大圍既朋友仔真係好，咁多好野食。呢間茶餐既生煎肉餅飯聽左好耐，今日黎大圍踩單車特登過黎試下。肉餅好厚好足料，而且煎得啱啱好，唔會煎燶左或者煎得太老，究竟點樣生煎咁厚既肉餅可以咁香口，又煎得熟但係又唔會煎燶左呢？真係好考技巧。👍 不過 $52 碟頭飯好似貴左少少，如果係午餐包埋熱飲會更加好。另外佢個辣菜甫亦都好開胃，攞黎送白飯一流，其實比起十八座狗仔粉既辣菜甫黎講唔算好辣，唔食得辣既朋友仔都可以試下。
