今日天氣又熱,又焗,真係唔想煮飯,咁不如外賣加餸啦! 我以前行過元朗西裕街,得知有間烤雞店👉「客家人窯燒雞」,係用瓦缸用黎燒雞嘅,幾特別,今日一於試吓! 店內有三個瓦缸,用嚟烤雞,店員話這種方法燒雞,雞肉特別嫩滑,因受熱均勻! 招牌窯燒雞$198/隻, 我外賣咗一隻加餸、 即叫即燒,新鮮出爐烤雞、 外皮色澤均勻, 金黃色, 好靚! 食落香噴噴,雞皮脆卜卜,雞肉又嫩滑,又多汁! 外賣附送手套&濕紙巾,非常貼心。除咗燒雞,店內仲有多款特色小食,出面少嘅窯燒《燒賣/窯燒三寶丸》,《桂花車厘茄》、《鹽香脆雞腎》及《鳳爪& 醋香小雲耳》等等。
