Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 四個都是不嗜甜﹑胃廷小的人,在吃這一環也要嚐嚐新的,下午我們走到中環吃印度自助餐。雖然美食琳琅滿目,我們亦都饞嘴貪吃;可是不一會已捧腹,就連吃西瓜也招架不來。芝士菠菜~~深綠色搗碎壓成的菠菜茸,買相雖然倒胃,可是吃不出纖維,亦沒有菠菜的草青和澀口;很好吃,值得一試!瑪沙拉羊肉~~羊很腍又有輕微可接受的羶香,蓋上的瑪沙拉汁又甜又酸又辣,很惹味奶油芝士雞肉~~雞肉用乳酪及忌廉醃得嫩滑鬆軟完全入味,送飯一流!炒飯~~用真正的印度米,沒有中式炒飯的油膩,香料味足沒甚麼材料,爽軟乾身,拌入咖哩汁同吃,仍然出色咖哩角~~很大隻,被我們喻為〝福袋〞入面袋有馬鈴薯和豆,重咖哩味,外層卜卜脆又不太油膩naan 烤餅~~抺走小小黑糊糊的碳灰後,沾著真正的精華-->咖哩醬汁一起吃,yummy!要緊趁熱吃,否則凍了便不鬆軟反而韌炸煉奶球~~內面浸泡滿煉乳外塗蜜糖,咬一口像索了煉乳的海棉球般,讓人甜到頭皮發麻。
