細雨綿綿氣溫又再驟降，屋企自己整下暖笠笠嘅鍋物最好不過。配以幾款漬物下酒菜，特登係呢set清酒當中率先試下香氣清新，入口旨味濃郁的一款。介紹番，來自日本山形縣鶴岡市富士酒造榮光富士 GRAVITY 純米吟釀。呢款無濾過生原酒，選用出羽の里釀製，入口帶柔麗蘋果香氣，飲落甘甜不膩，清新怡人得黎，濃郁的旨味與食物，特別係煮過的鮟鱇魚肝、自製爽彈蝦丸、熒光魷魚等夾得好舒服、提鮮、成個觀感fit曬！飲完唔夠喉，應酒友要求開埋呢set酒另外兩支：白鷺之城米搗水車龜之尾純米酒生酛。飲後感：米香米味豐鬱，帶乳酸感旨味較出色。七福神超辛口純米酒。果實香沉穩有層次，口感圓潤又帶點旨味，辛口感覺亦係食物的最佳拍檔！
