To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 每次嚟到都唔使等位，直接入座。▶️赤丸新味配玉子（炙燒卷腩叉燒）$72總係覺得一風堂係比較接近香港人口味，分量夠大，鍾意嚟呢度食係因為可以轉做炙燒叉燒。不過，湯底比較鹹和油，食完之後要飲好多水，間唔中個肚比較弱嘅日子食完會更加容易肚屙🫠▶️定食唐揚雞（三件）$28上碟時已經唔係好熱，炸粉有點厚，而雞肉好多肥肉，整體而言好失望。▶️青森蘋果汁 $5紙包飲品，冇特別。眼見一風堂分店越來越少，應該與品質每況越下有關。
