To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翠華呢個名字,相信香港人都唔會感到陌生,最近經過土瓜灣見到佢地分店經過大規模裝修,餐廳環境變得更舒適和時尚,讓人一進門就感受到一股清新氣息,決定再來重溫。。首先,我點了招牌的冠軍焗豬扒飯 ,豬扒外焦內嫩,肉質鮮美,搭配上特製的蕃茄焗醬,香氣四溢,每一口都能感受到豬扒的多汁與醬汁的完美融合,好食!。另外,我點了神之叉燒飯。叉燒色澤誘人,肉質軟滑,甜中帶鹹,口感極佳,炒蛋鮮黃香滑,搭配白飯,甜豉油另上,每一口都是幸福的滋味,翠華叉燒果然名不虛傳,絕對有神級。。除了主菜,我也點了一份冰鎮秋葵配芥辣豉油,秋葵清脆爽口,搭配上微辣的芥末豉油,味道相得益彰,既開胃又健康。。最後,我點了一份芝士奶蓋x阿華田西多士,因為見到有好多人都有點,賣相吸引。西多士外脆內軟,搭配上濃郁的芝士奶蓋,口感格外豐富。阿華田的香甜味道與芝士的鹹香完美結合,令人忍唔住,秒殺!。整體而言,翠華食物不僅美味,更是充滿了家的味道,無令我失望。。翠華餐廳 (欣榮商場) (土瓜灣) @tsui_wah_hk土瓜灣馬頭角道33號欣榮商場地下8-10號舖。#hkfood #hkfoodblogger #hkfoodie #hongko
