To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又來到Happy Friday 的日子，銷售員A今日帶同事來以往常去的珠記冰室。超過兩年時間沒到過珠記，幸運的是珠記仍然健在，午飯時間亦一樣客似雲來，等了約十分鐘才可安排座位。座位亦如一般茶餐廳相同，非常迫非常狹窄。來到珠記要吃的是回憶的味道，今天來到，更慶幸自己有來支持珠記，更欣賞珠記設有珠記連儂牆，看著牆上一個一個的標籤，珠記更加值得香港人支持。回憶的甜豉油A餐咖哩牛腩撈丁紅酒燴牛腩飯銷售員回頭指數: 3分
