To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港仔 - 三哥米線這天下午去了一轉三哥食野。叫了數樣食物。😋😋叫了一碗米線，米線湯底揀左番茄湯（+$2），揀左豆卜、墨丸。另外叫了個土匪雞翼（3隻），以及香烤芝脆豆腐餅。圖一：米線，番茄湯底，豆卜，墨丸番茄咪濃，米線彈滑，不太硬。墨丸豆卜還可以。湯唔錯。幾好味。圖二：土匪雞翼（三隻）土匪雞翼幾好味，入味，黑胡椒令呢個雞翼天好味。雞肉滑嫩生熟程度適中。值得一試。圖三：香烤芝脆豆腐餅見有新菜式，便試試。是期間限定。芝士味唔太出，個餅幾滑，混合左一些肉類，似豬肉。呢個餅唔錯幾好味。總結：碗米線唔錯，雞翼值得一試。😋😋
