剛剛食完冇耐,又掛住呢度嘅美食。一到冬天特別係聖誕,就點都要食返個芝士火鍋先覺得有feel,但香港食芝士火鍋嘅地方其實唔係好多,真係估唔到,原來嚟開食芝士火鍋嘅呢度,網上竟然有個外國旅遊網站介紹係🧀香港十大芝士火鍋🧀之一,係隔離枱對遊客講㗎🤗咁我都八吓佢講個網站先,半島酒店固然第一位,價錢都第一位😂真係有 Dr. Panini 個名。呢度嘅芝士火鍋全年都有,不過逢情人節同聖誕嗰幾日都只會做 set 或 半自助餐,如果唔駛食氣氛嘅,建議避開呢啲日子,唔係遲就早咁啦😝今年我都係過咗正日27號至嚟食,估唔到志同道合嘅都有咁多人,全場都係喺今日嚟食芝士火鍋😂今次本來想食龍蝦芝士火鍋,但龍蝦要再早一星期訂由法國直送,咁就冇啦😭轉食西班牙 Iberico 全橡果黑毛豬芝士火鍋啦,除咗豬豬,其他配料有:法包粒啦… 蘋果菠蘿啦… 煙鴨胸啦… 德國腸啦… 瓜菜呀… 同春卷… 薯角咁啦,花款都多嘅。主角呢~芝味唔錯㗎,已經叫濃過出面其餘兩間,我本身係濃芝嘅朋友,始終嫌唔夠強勁,如果你係藍芝士或黑松露個 friend,一樣可以追加。鍋身夠“杰”唔稀,沾上嚟都夠厚,沾包包最正,沾蘋果菠蘿都夾㗎喎,估唔到呢,雜

呢度有個菜色叫白酒忌廉煮法國聖米歇爾湖藍青口,係一絕嚟,連唔食青口嘅人都愛上,因為:藍青口同青口個質地係天壤之別,一個滑溜,一個有渣,兩回事。另外要留意,因為每星期只由法國飛一次,而且得秋天同冬天,唔訂賣晒就下次啦。
