To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日朝早有啲野過開個土瓜灣諗住搵啲野食吓。行行下就俾一張有四十幾款咖啡豆揀既咖啡店吸引到。所以就走左入去，上午十點過左peak hour 既時間但係舖頭都有幾枱人。之後望下個野食menu就發現原來咖啡係唔一定要配all day breakfast 同open toast，係可以配茶記餐蛋治。所以我就叫左一杯危地馬拉既咖啡同一份餐蛋治。份三文治一上碟雖然只係用隻紙碟上碟。但係佢個格格麵包面同入面既滑蛋同香既餐肉已經可以補償返隻碟輕微既頹感。杯咖啡都係香同清新為呢一份三文治再作一啲既點綴如果下次再經過都可以再黎食返一份餐蛋治。
