朋友話呢間片皮鴨係香港數一數二, 今次一行四人就叫咗半隻片皮鴨, 再叫咗好多小菜同甜品四喜烤麮 - 雖然未係友人心目中傳統味道, 但屬正常水準傳統北京烤填鴨 - 我地淨係叫咗二食, 冇要到湯, 先嚟係將用鴨胸皮沾白砂糖, 充滿鴨油香又鬆脆; 跟住就係連同煙靭軟熟嘅薄餅皮包上juicy鴨肉、青瓜、京蔥和黃麵醬, 傳統食法; 最尾就生菜片鴨鬆, 生菜清爽解膩明爐烤蜜汁叉燒 - 食完鴨開始上主菜, 但我地仲未食叉燒喎, 一問原來係漏單, 不過有得食就好, 尚算軟糯入味肉鮮彩椒鳳梨咕嚕肉 - 用新鮮菠蘿都比較酸, 咕嚕肉皮脆肉嫩, 醬汁唔會過多過濃, 幾好孜然紅蔥炒羊肉 - 小辣香口, 羊肉唔羶, 羊肉迷可能會有少少失望窩蛋牛鬆焗菠菜 - 煲仔上熱騰騰已經好吸引, 搞開窩蛋撈埋落菠菜, 索哂牛肉味同蛋嘅香滑食過咁多道菜係時候用甜品round up, 估唔到佢地甜唔品都有咁多選擇, 今次揀咗3款花雕話梅雪葩 - 清爽話梅, 花雕味唔算好濃但夠香五糧液朱古力 - 呢到除咗片皮鴨, 另一個signuture就係佢,  估唔到五糧液加朱古力效果咁好, 加埋面頭塊焦糖脆片錦上添花焗鳳梨山楂酥 - 山楂味
