本人好鍾意食清湯腩,好鍾意周圍去試吓,但成個香港島都搵唔到好正嘅牛腩店,最後終於搵到道生!佢真係可以同旺角傳承媲美!不過真係要排好耐隊,今日我11點10分已經到咗,前面已經有人排隊,明明上午11:30先開門,點解可以咁早嘅呢?為咗食好嘢,冇辦法!排咗半個鐘,終於入到去食到,崩沙腩應該得好少碗,真係要好早去先有機會食到,入到去已經話冇晒!最後唯有食爽腩,不過一樣驚喜!碗牛腩真係用新鮮牛肉,完全食得出!而且湯底比較淡,肯定冇加味精!所以見到好多人都話要加腩汁,但我就唔同意,嚟到就係想食原汁原味!睇吓碗牛腩真係靚到呢!所以話港島區佢真係可以話係第一!去到九龍同新界就唔敢包!而且佢啲牛肉係啱啱好,唔會太腍,而且好有咬口,又唔會過韌!值得一提,佢嘅煎雞扒都好好食!真係去到現場先煎,去到都可以試埋!

碗牛腩真係用新鮮牛肉,完全食得出!而且湯底比較淡,肯定冇加味精!所以見到好多人都話要加腩汁,但我就唔同意,嚟到就係想食原汁原味!睇吓碗牛腩真係靚到呢!所以話港島區佢真係可以話係第一!去到九龍同新界就唔敢包!而且佢啲牛肉係啱啱好,唔會太腍,而且好有咬口,又唔會過韌!

值得一提,佢嘅煎雞扒都好好食!真係去到現場先煎,去到都可以試埋!
