由灣仔分店開業到而家開咗咁多間就食到而家每一次食都有意外意料所想嘅驚喜今次同個朋友行完山之後食估唔到佢哋有個特別嘅promotion逢禮拜二食拉麵就有免費加底本身都幾鍾意食拉麵所以對拉麵都好有要求如果佢哋呢間係香港數一數二嘅拉麵店麵底講起先. 個麵底軟硬度適中量係絕對足夠湯底係好濃厚唔需要再加任何七味粉配菜方面個叉燒夠曬風味唯一少少缺點係冇紫菜配對二人餐包嘅小食方面就正正常常. 我哋嗌咗個木耳加咗個沙律同埋蘑菇

麵底講起先. 個麵底軟硬度適中
量係絕對足夠
湯底係好濃厚唔需要再加任何七味粉
配菜方面個叉燒夠曬風味
唯一少少缺點係冇紫菜配對
二人餐包嘅小食方面就正正常常. 我哋嗌咗個木耳加咗個沙律同埋蘑菇
