To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日飲完下午茶，行了陣IFC。仔仔話想飲嘢，所以就行過來這裡買個報紙優惠下午茶。點知沿天橋行都很多菲律賓人，去到環球入口，更加是寸步難行。又嘈又迫，很辛苦先至去到收銀處。原想坐下慢慢食，但一望又是一大班菲律賓人，重好似擴音器咁好嘈。最後都是怱怱買走算了，立即離開這個星期日不屬於香港人的地方。坐在車上，仔仔已經忍不到偷飲了幾口凍檸茶。回到家打開包裝，桃撻已經走了樣，好在味道冇變。個迷你白汁三文魚百吉飽，外皮依然脆卜卜的，內裡有生菜一片，蕃茄一片和三湯匙的白汁三文魚，大啖大啖咁食，真的幾好味的。重有個迷你提子酥，這個都OK。不過以後我都不會再在星期日或公眾假期去這間分店買了，真是好似打仗咁，又嘈又煩呀。
