這間鳥匠,已食了超過10次,每次都保持高水準,由日本師傅親自燒,佢燒嘅雞真係好好味,尤其是個特別部位:chicken oyster. 皮脆肉嫩,另外就係個和牛配海膽,真係超級好味(但$300有點貴)。佢嘅師傅燒食物實在態度非常認真,會慢慢同你燒到脆為止,而且能夠保留肉汁,非常Juicy。我最欣賞佢嘅地方,係佢能夠成功將佢自己嘅碳味,入到晒落啲肉,所以食落好香。呢間舖係用備長炭的。佢嘅價錢唔係特別抵,但如果你要食高質嘅日本串燒,呢間絕對係首選。
