To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港最好味嘅餃子

每次去深水埗揾食，必定諗起”明發金牌魚肉湯碗仔翅豆腐花”呢個舊舖嘅招牌!早係舊舖時已經開始幫襯，坐喺舊舖入面食係另有風味㗎!又係度想當年。。。而家搬咗去同一條街隔幾個舖位嘅新舖，裝修亮麗咗舖面積細咗座位狹窄咗，但餃子依然係最好味嘅!由於超肚餓，一坐底叫咗碗大“兩溝”!魚肉碗仔翅碗仔翅好多地方都有，不過都做唔到細個食果種味道，呢度就可以揾到比較接近嘅味道!魚肉雖然不是最好食但起碼唔係粉頭!碗仔翅冇勁多豆粉又唔會水汪汪!如果加d冬菇絲會仲香!醬爆肉上海麵上次食醬爆肉飯好好味，但配湯麵就唔多掂!事關醬爆肉放湯食沖淡個味，仲釋放晒d油落個湯度，成件事錯晒!鴛鴦湯餃(椰菜餃拼韮菜餃)呢兩款餃子真係好好味!皮薄大細又適中，椰菜餃入面有冬菇，韮菜餃入面有沙葛同蝦米，食落去感覺好fresh!配埋超勁辣菜甫食，簡直一絕!鮮檸檬水通常食完辣菜甫都會叫杯鮮檸檬水嚟止下辣，唔算太甜，有少少檸檬嘅苦澀味。

醬爆肉上海麵

上次食醬爆肉飯好好味，但配湯麵就唔多掂!事關醬爆肉放湯食沖淡個味，仲釋放晒d油落個湯度，成件事錯晒!

鮮檸檬水

通常食完辣菜甫都會叫杯鮮檸檬水嚟止下辣，唔算太甜，有少少檸檬嘅苦澀味。
