To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去完牛頭角做嘢 又要獨自食飯啦 見到呢間金飯碗就入去食下餐廳人唔太多 卡位坐得幾舒服 食品係茶餐廳風格 今日就嚟過港式午餐啦即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒飯 真係要等成三個字先有得食不過絕冇白費 一上枱成座山咁高 豬扒都有六七嚿非常豐富 上面鋪上滿滿嘅炸蒜同辣椒香口惹味 豬扒炸得外脆內軟入面勁juicy 一啲鬆肉粉味都冇 用嚟送飯一流 下面竟然仲係極邪惡嘅蛋炒飯 炒得粒粒分明夠曬乾身 每粒都有蛋漿包住 鑊氣十足叫番杯凍檸茶下下暑 除咗一般嘅檸檬之外 仲加咗青檸落去 飲落更加清香解渴
