好多年前去過佐敦嘅呢間餐廳,印象都幾深刻,因為有好多特色嘅菜~今日就試吓將軍澳分店,有好多選擇~前菜係🐷豬皮,好爽口,又冇乜油膩感覺,凍冰冰好正呀椒麻鮮螺片:香辣過癮,好爽口廚皇鵝腸:鵝腸份量多,滿滿一大碟!啲汁加埋蔬菜一齊嚟炒,幾好味糯米炒膏蟹:糯米本身都炒得香好食,撈埋啲蟹肉蟹膏,啖啖鮮味蟹膏香~ 而且每啖糯米飯口感煙韌,又炒得粒粒分明,生抽調味適中,果然係鎮店之寶金沙鬼馬百花釀油條:脆卜卜,出邊有超多鹹蛋黃,入邊就係口感好彈牙嘅墨魚 🦑加油炸鬼,正櫻花蝦魚腐煮津白:甜甜的,夠健康好味秘製欖角一口骨:欖角帶有獨特香氣,口味帶甜,一口骨鬆軟可口😄香茜蟹肉銀絲鍋:香口惹味夠乾身粉絲,一鍋份量好多,鹹鹹的,配埋啲菜食好夾宫廷濃湯豬肚雞:雞湯呈鮮黃色,好甜好濃郁~有雲吞,大大隻雞髀,仲有豬肚加多支藍妹,好👍
