「幕多」前名係「植幕宵」,因為轉了更大既舖位,並改名以「幕多」再係拉麵界繼續打併醬油蝦濃湯拉麵🦐每煲湯需要炒20斤蝦殼,再加入蝦肉打至順滑,熬湯時間大概一個鐘,但剝蝦同炒蝦殼先係最花時間,可見個蝦湯底真係真材實料同絕不馬虎湯底味道帶甜,鮮味好出,蝦味濃郁得黎唔會話好咸同好口渴個種兩隻蝦用上醬油、青辣椒 & 指天椒等等既材料做成汁,再浸醃最少一日,我係食到濃濃既醬香味,最正係兩隻蝦都已剝殼,非常體貼☺️上麵時仲會淋上自家提煉蝦油,整碗都係充斥住蝦既味道地方雖然唔算大,但坐得自在舒服,貌似簡單既一碗拉麵,但背後老闆其實係花左好多心機製作,用呢碗有著本地味道既拉麵繼續係拉麵界發光發亮
