To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金百利廣場有好多好野食，今日想食日本野，見到築地日本料理就比個名吸引到再睇埋個menu就決定入去試下。首先佢個menu 係有好多選擇，有壽司、拉麵、沙律、刺身、燒物同埋鍋物，仲有好多好多，真係可以一次過滿足你好多願望。叫左個炎辛地獄拉麵，想食辣野，見到地獄以為好辣，但又唔係，不過都係有辣味，同埋好多料，有叉燒、蝦、帶子同埋紫菜等等。18禁三文魚同赤海蝦壽司就小試每樣一件，18禁即係辣味三文魚，辣辣地都幾特別，赤海蝦壽司就幾新鮮。青水心跳係芒果、青瓜、蘿蔔同埋牛油果，一啖食落口係好清新既感覺，估唔到芒果同壽司都幾夾。牛油果軟殼蟹卷就正常發揮。清水心跳同牛油果軟殼蟹卷一份有四件都幾飽肚，同埋整體黎講價錢唔貴同埋選擇又多，下次黎主打食壽司。
