如果你係拉麵愛好者,你一定聽過煮干。不過响香港要食煮干風味,選擇真係唔多,就算有,口味都未必好正宗。我有去日本食過正宗煮干拉麵,然後再回想返以往响香港食過嘅煮干拉麵,我認為泓一係個較好嘅選擇。以下係食評:《煮干🐟醬油拉麵🍜》香味 (4/5) - 魚乾香味相當夠,香氣撲鼻。湯 (4/5) - 上次去泓一我係點煮干鹽味拉麵,當時稍為覺得味道太淡左D。今次煮干醬油湯就啱啱好,味道同鹹味都啱啱好。不過,魚乾嘅味我認為主要係來自個香油,底湯入面唔似係用魚乾熬煮出黎,似係正正常常嘅雞骨湯。如果以正宗煮干湯黎諗,佢未夠份量,但以香港可食到嘅煮干湯黎諗,都算幾食得過。麵條 (4/5) - 同上次碗煮干鹽味拉麵一樣,都係用左加水率 38% 嘅高加水麵,啜麵時非常滑順,配醬油湯我認為比配鹽湯更為合適。配料 (4/5) - 白蔥上面有兩條魚乾仔,都係意思意思,視覺效果多於對味道上有貢獻。反而我想講講d白蔥,佢係切絲唔係切片,而切絲係遠比切片更加花時間,我親眼👁️睇住個廚一刀一刀切,睇得出又食得出係有心機。豬叉燒方面,調味比上次加重左d,黑椒嘅味道濃郁左,加上肉味都係更濃,又相當大塊,我認為好正。雞叉燒方面,雞

整體 - 值得推薦 👍👍👍👍

如果你有响日本食過正宗煮干拉麵,你可能會覺得呢碗麵未係嗰回事。不過因為我本身對煮干正宗口味嗰種重鹹唔喜歡,反而呢度淡麗風更對到我口味,所以我係推薦比大家,特別係未食過煮干拉麵嘅朋友,先食左佢,當入門級,再去日本食,會更能體會到唔同程度嘅煮干湯風味。
