To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港老飯店，在尖沙咀寶勒巷，今日跟同事在尖沙咀開完會之後，順便喺附近搵食，就想起呢個歷史悠久老飯店。顧名思義，這飯店係傳統嘅老式飯店，專做一般上海滬菜。我們也不是第一次來了，鋪坐下來我們便點了煎腸粉、醉豬手、素春卷、炒青瓜、炸蓮藕和雜菜。一如以往，味道穩穩陣陣，沒什麼驚喜，也沒什麼失手，在疫情之下，人流也比較少，也能夠比較放心地舒舒服服食一個午餐。價錢方面，這老飯店也不算便宜，偶然來一次懷舊一下，也還算可以的。
