2年前黎過呢度食Sukiyaki之後,一直都念念不忘,好想再黎食過。餐廳環境得大概十個座位,每晚大概只做3-4枱客,但因為咁樣,師傅先可以專注烹調美食,感覺非常奢侈。師傅會親自喺你面前烹調菜式,和牛會依據淡至濃味嘅部位,配以野菜然後逐一上菜,每款和牛先加糖略為煎香再配上特調嘅壽喜燒醬煮熟,Sukiyaki嘅精髓係將牛肉蘸上日本生蛋汁,入口滑溜得黎非常甜,令人一試難忘。呢度一位難求,想食記得要預早好多book呀!
