今日同朋友揀咗呢間位於佐敦嘅日式餐廳 諗住食Omakase 但原來呢間餐廳有做燒活海鰻魚飯三食 於是就放棄左了 改食罕有既燒活海鰻魚飯豚肉野菜沙律 日式沙律梗係用純和風芝麻醬 加新鮮爽脆嘅生菜去做 上面再加上用火燒咗嘅黑豚肉 油脂十分豐富 同清新嘅沙律配合 簡直天作之合呢間餐廳係香港少有做燒鰻魚飯嘅舖頭 而且手法同一般嘅汁燒鰻魚有啲唔同 佢係燒到外脆內軟 非常特別 一咬落去海鰻魚嘅皮卜卜脆 肉汁同燒汁即時爆出嚟 食完正常嘅鰻魚汁撈飯之後 仲可以加上葱花同茶漬等 做三食嘅效果 真係好有趣雜錦天婦羅七點盛客 天婦羅非常考師傅嘅功力 炸得外面鬆化 入面又唔會太過乾身 非常有技巧 包括茄子 菌類 南瓜 大蝦等等 味道唔錯 而且一啲都唔油
