The place is spacious and decorated with Japanese wooden style, soft lighting and a nice sentiment. In addition to the booth seat and booth, it also provides a bar seat. 半價食Omakase 今次係Eatigo book咗呢間餐廳 有50% discount 所以去咗試吓😍 要book 6:30pm 先會有discount 同埋原來每日得10個位 如果book唔到嘅話就要再試下有客人cancel就會可以book到成餐飯我最滿意嘅就係海膽壽司 師傅用咗加拿大海膽好creamy好新鮮😋但我哋食右口魚嘅時候竟然魚生入面有條骨😟 同埋壽司刺身嘅選擇冇乜驚喜 都係平時出面食到魚既種類不過師傅好好 最後仲請咗啲我哋飲杯酒😄

尋晚朋友生日,之前慶祝都係食下中,西餐等..就提議試下omakase,但唔知點揀餐廳好,又要就旺角放工附近食,唯有search openrice啦,揾到呢間係佐敦又近我放工,睇下啲食評同環境又唔錯喎,所以決定一試!上到去柔和嘅燈光已經覺得舒服,座位寬敞,然後經理招乎埋位,期待!前菜開始,Billy師傅開始逐一介紹食材,第一樣先黎無花果,食落好清甜,而苦瓜帶點酸甜已經打開左個胃啦,第三樣係魚蓉啫喱,下!大鄉喱我覺得魚同啫喱可以溝得埋架?但唔係喎,食落去又幾夾,魚味同啫喱融為一體,口感幾特別!到刺身,先黎花竹蝦,肉質鮮甜彈牙,加上炸蝦爽脆,北海道帶子比較結實唔同我之前食開果啲咁冧,但甘甜。真名鰹肉質鮮口彈牙而鰆魚肉質鮮美配埋紫菜醬味道口感層次豐富👍仙鳳子口感肥美滑而不膩帶有清新海水味aged三色拖羅卷真係無得輸👍👍食過咁多次海膽,呢次印象好深刻,海膽味濃郁,師傅話唔易拎到魚湯用壺倒落杯,我覺得幾窩心,平時一碗上,而杯嘅份量啱啱好,可保持熱度,唔夠亦可添加不怕浪費👍飯後果蜜瓜清甜,但士多啤梨酸左啲總結:由入餐廳至離開,serve我地嘅經理服務好好,唔知係米星期一比較少客呢,環境舒服唔嘈,而Billy師傅運用佢嘅專業耐心逐樣食材介紹,學到食材上嘅知識,呢一餐雖然貴左少少,但我兩個朋友食完都好開心,我好少寫食評,呢間真係要讚下👍希望下次黎都可以keep住水準!

由於約了朋友在佐敦探,行過見到一間做Omakase餐廳,亦因為本人十分喜愛日本菜🇯🇵,就膽粗粗同朋友walk in 一試,當行上樓梯後發覺裝修都好Grand👍🏾,已經感覺有點驚喜,之後經理安排我坐Bar枱,經查問後原來他們以經開了差不多三年🥶,之後當然先開支sake🍶飲啦!當晚由前菜到剌生,壽司🍣都十分有誠意,味道一流👍🏾,而本人食Oma基本都唔用豉油, 但經師傅介紹我他們自家調劑透明豉油簡直係一絕!比美好多中環嘅食肆,而和食就有鹽燒吞拿魚下巴,骨膠原非常豐富😅,重有燒安格斯牛柳😋😋😋!當晚真的飲飽食醉😝😝

We booked out the place for dinner omakase to celebrate for a friend's birthday! 🥳🎂 There were 20 courses $1,680 including Aged toro, uni, Smoked striped tune, abalone, JP oyster, Hokkaido crab Meat and many types of sushi and sashimi, Everything was fresh & delicious🤤 Especially loved their Aged Toro roll!Chef Billy used his secrets soy to Aged 10+days.Can’t wait to try their Omakase again!

星期五晚去, 全晚都係得三枱客😂 餐廳員工服務質素吾錯,冷氣吾係好夠。而食物質素就一般般... 壽司都還可以, 但係魚生有骨😨 我同朋友嗰碟都係有骨啲。其餘有碟蔬菜, 有南瓜, 秋葵, 豆腐, 等等, 煮得吾係好夠熱, 豆腐個心中間都涷涷地😅值得一提就係個燒牛肉都唔錯, 好juicy, 好有牛味。👍總括嚟講, 應該都唔會有下次。一來location 亦都係一個concern, 由地鐵站A出口, 行去餐廳都下左超過10分鐘。
