半價食Omakase 今次係Eatigo book咗呢間餐廳 有50% discount 所以去咗試吓😍 要book 6:30pm 先會有discount 同埋原來每日得10個位 如果book唔到嘅話就要再試下有客人cancel就會可以book到成餐飯我最滿意嘅就係海膽壽司  師傅用咗加拿大海膽好creamy好新鮮😋但我哋食右口魚嘅時候竟然魚生入面有條骨😟 同埋壽司刺身嘅選擇冇乜驚喜 都係平時出面食到魚既種類不過師傅好好 最後仲請咗啲我哋飲杯酒😄

本來打自吃素的結果不小心看到附近日這家魚魚魚(到底怎樣讀?)鱻於是就放棄吃素了走到樓下就知道 經過過好幾次今天要光臨囉午巿他們也有做Omakase 不過在下最近太窮了唯有求其點個鐵板餐吧由於在下個人不太吃三文魚於是就直接選了第一個店員溫馨提示鐵板餐等待時間會比較久先給在下一個茶碗蒸再等了可能不到15分鐘 主食就來了還以為要等上半小時其實一點都不久主食可真得體 好大碟 味道好色香味齊晒一碟過裡面有溫室野菜原隻大蝦連頭 🥰 和銀鱈魚咬了幾口沒想到牛肉薄燒和炒飯也到了難道不在鐵板座會是這樣出餐的?這可說是在下的第一次不過正好今天是趕著吃所以一次過上枱也正合在下心意而在在下想著不夠飽不夠飽的時候味噌湯又來發揮它的功效~加點液體讓在下的胃有滿足感最後上甜品 是一件蛋糕仔沒想到在下居然能在一小時內完成一個鐵板餐平常晚餐至少用上3小時的時間或許是不在鐵板位置或許是沒點Sake或許沒跟服務員或師傅閒聊真好一小時內吃完還可以慢步回去上課食物質素中上服務優良 座位舒適來享受美食和小休的好地方 🥰

之前一直係鱻88 既常客特別係Lunch ge Omakase係我既最愛因為$3xx幾蚊到就食到好高水評既Omakase因為已經轉左地方番工一年後掛住當時味道既我就重回舊地再食已經發現無左$3xx既選擇只剩低$5xx既Omakase 比貴左都唔緊要 最緊要你整體既食物水準下降左太多同埋改左走華麗風...對於我來講Omakase最重要係食到時令既魚 同埋 食材本身既鮮味可惜依2樣今次都做唔到實在大失所望茶碗蒸依然保持到水準口感嫩滑同埋個味道鮮甜刺身既部分真係相當一般特別係赤貝完全唔新鮮口感軟完全無脆口感其次帶子又比較硬身...熱食既部分都係失望中挽回少少分數雞皮帶回香脆 而加入左梅汁帶少少酸味而中間夾左菇 整體口感同味道都不錯壽司部分係令我相當失望一來食唔到時令既魚其次廚師比之前食甘多次都花少左心思過往係會因應唔同魚既濃味程度去搭配番相應既醬汁同調味 但今次比我感覺只有 「華而不實」食唔到食材本身既味道同埋都係一大盤一大盤甘上少左好多心機...當中大Toro仲略有少少腥味...比較滿意只有廚師醃製既鯖魚係有少少驚喜馬糞海膽係感覺最唔新鮮既一環雖然食落口仍然好Creamy但係到喉嚨時一股臭

因為$3xx幾蚊到就食到好高水評既Omakase

因為已經轉左地方番工
一年後掛住當時味道既我就重回舊地再食
已經發現無左$3xx既選擇
只剩低$5xx既Omakase
比貴左都唔緊要
最緊要你整體既食物水準下降左太多
同埋改左走華麗風...

對於我來講Omakase最重要係
食到時令既魚 同埋 食材本身既鮮味
可惜依2樣今次都做唔到實在大失所望

一來食唔到時令既魚
其次廚師比之前食甘多次都花少左心思
過往係會因應唔同魚既濃味程度去搭配番相應既醬汁同調味
但今次比我感覺只有 「華而不實」

少左好多心機...

但係到喉嚨時一股臭臭地有腥既味道

在網上找到佐敦唯一合理价的おまかせ、店在佐敦道近廣東道、楼上舗、位置較偏、可能成就了可以定價較平民的原因。進店要經一条窄長楼梯、対長者有些不便、装修頗新、原來開業祇有兩年、主打厨師發辨、當然少不了開放式寿司吧枱,卡位設計也很舒適。菜单祇有套餐3款,列明菜式,不知算不算是 おまかせ、我們2人点了888二人餐五度菜,其他两款都千元以上,初次光顧,為免中伏,點平民价的較稳陣。酒牌一般,没有特别主打品牌,我們点了"幻舞"特纯米酒,味偏甜,易入口、日本超市价¥1440-1640,这裏牌价$600。前菜3点、味道不錯。お造り刺生5点、用料颇新鲜,做手也精细,但天婦羅是炸魚塊、用的炸粉不是一般的脆漿粉,很膠口,吃一口已覺很濟,還有是吃完刺生即上,當堂飽哂。最後的釜飯是牛利、没有驚喜、份量刚好,反而汁物不是一般的麫豉湯,是腐竹豆腐豆漿湯,很合香港人口味。唯一有點不足是原來的监燒喜之次沒有貨,改了自家製一夜干,侍應上菜時仍介绍这是喜之次。材料降级,但沒有補偿给客人。整體來評,888二人套餐是物有所值,不能要求太高。各部主管是很有誠意去经營,但新人培訓和出品流程仍要嚴格一些,因為走厨師發辨這条路是不容易,
