To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過深水埗，朋友揸住我個肩膀話，"拉！去嘗實啲地道街頭小食啦！" 推門進去，一間唔洋氣但氣氛濃厚嘅小食店映入眼簾。首先落場嘅係碗仔翅，個湯底勁正👍，魚肉彈牙得嚟又滑溜，啖啖都話得你「靚」！跟住就係鴛鴦煎餃子，煎得金黃脆口，閒時一咬，肉汁湧出，咸香得滯！再嚟個爆漿肉飯，講真我係冇咩期望，但佢真係令我大吃一驚，簡單得嚟又有內涵，每粒飯珠都粒粒分明，配上佢哋自家醬汁，夠香夠响！食完晒主餐，豆腐花必須嚟一碗，滑到不得了😋，姜糖加持，微微辣味解膩之余，令人一啖又一啖。最後，巴斯克蛋糕我諗無人會放過，啖啖芝士，甜而不膩，心情即刻好轉。整體嚟講，呢間小食店有佢獨特嘅香港味道，搵食嘅街坊慧眼識珍寶，流連忘返。下次再嚟深水埗，呢度絕對係我嘅必到之地！😇
