To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港食過最抵食嘅串燒

同frd係旺角行街，心血來潮想吃燒烤，於是就係附近挽佐呢間，因為是假期所以見到門口都有人排隊。（懷疑通菜街會成為下一個網紅餐廳街，隔離十三姨之類都要排隊）因為是新開的店，驚踩雷，但是又唔知吃咩，就揀佐呢間。冇太大期待結果有驚喜到！旺角燒烤店很多，但呢間舖頭一定可以上Top版單，沒有白來。.店裏十大招牌全點個遍都可以，完全沒有雷！特別是烤肥腸，在香港吃過最好吃的烤肥腸！青椒釀蝦滑好食，在香港第一次食到！路邊攤炒飯很香，吃燒烤怎麽能不點炒飯呢！酥炸雞軟骨很酥脆，不過最近牙口不好不敢多吃。牛三寶煲仔燒，牛丸很彈牙，是潮汕那種味道不是那種雜貨鋪丸子的味道。不過冰粉不是很冰，可以再冷d天氣太熱了。
