本來有外國朋友黎香港旅遊,我仲煩惱緊同佢食咩好,上網搵咗一間富有特色又創新既fusion菜,一家致力於重現香港百年飲食歷史的餐館,等佢試吓香港嘅美食😎職員推介我哋叫呢個套餐$680,由前菜、湯、海鮮、主菜、甜品一應俱全,啱晒我哋心水😍頭盤呢個三小碟其實一啲都唔少👍芝麻蝦多士傳統小食好耐無食過啦,啲芝麻好香整體又唔油膩陳醋蜜汁排骨好酸甜開胃,份量仲唔少,啖啖肉海鮮羹啲豆腐好滑,用料十足清香撲鼻,連外國朋友飲慣濃湯既都讚好好食!「蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝」以蒜蓉醬汁點綴,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,極富香港特色,蒸扇貝直程有成塊面咁大隻,好抵食🤭另一道吉列炸蝦掛包外酥內嫩,吉列蝦超級彈牙,少咗平時配扣肉嘅油膩感,而芥末沙律醬的加入更是讓人難忘🤤乾燒薑汁鱈魚的juicy和嫩滑質感,絕對是主菜的亮點。個乾燒醬汁有少少似鰻魚汁嘅甜味,帶有獨特嘅薑嘅香味,好有特色。餐後飲番杯Cocktail,配上最後芝士蛋糕作為甜品,為這頓fusion菜畫上圓滿的句號,為用餐增添了甜蜜的餘韻,真正飲飽食醉☺️
