To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

古董街上人气超高的精酿店,不怎么喝啤酒的我是被餐食吸引过来的,浅看了一下菜单觉得有点东西,丰富程度和创意完全不输网红Brunch。·工业风装潢很cool,氛围也很chill,门前几盆一人多高的绿植看上去就很舒服。周末人多到可以压马路,不过工作日就很清静。·午市套餐人均200左右,份量一般,有可能我没点对,味道也没达到预期。服务是很好,但是那种为了挣小费殷勤得有点不自然了……·【Snow Pea Salad】薄荷和淡淡的奶酪调味(我没要pancetta碎),两三口的量,吃草的感觉。·【Green Shakshuka】最想吃的Classic北非蛋原来只有周末才有,Veg版本从卖相上就有落差了,味道比较清淡,主要是菠菜和一些香料,蘸上脆韧的sourdough薄片吃。·【Green Tea Kombucha】别人在精酿店喝酒,而我在喝康普茶。还不错,一丢丢新鲜细密的气泡感,refreshing的滋味想必很适合搭配油腻食物。
