豚軟骨煮唔算太入味,可能煮多半個鐘會更加好,不過肉質都幾嫩滑,一咬就撕得開👍但係我個人嚟講就覺得同芥末唔係好夾,唔明點解豬軟骨要配黃芥末😂開頭以為蔥燒牛舌係好似蔥燒雞肉串咁一嚿蔥一嚿肉,原來係將蔥油淋喺燒牛舌上面😂肉質偏硬,有少少似香口膠😂😂
