To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過太子，見open rice食評唔錯，就揀左呢間餐廳食晚飯。叫左一個羊架蛋包飯同南瓜忌廉汁帶子意大利飯，餐湯試左一個紫薯粟米湯。一開始餐湯先上，一見成碗湯紫色就有少少覺得伏，點知飲落一啲都唔伏，仲幾好味。羊架蛋包飯，羊架煮得剛好，肉質嫩滑juicy。雖然蛋包飯不是炒飯，味道略淡，但可接受。南瓜忌廉汁帶子意大利飯，個汁非常香濃惹味，食落啖啖南瓜肉，帶子肉質夠淋，但內裡有少少凍，暖啲會更好。總結食物水準不錯，會再幫襯。
