To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💪🏻 常餐 - 鮮粟米忌廉湯通粉、炒蛋、牛油多士 ($51)呢間餐廳最出名係佢嘅粟米忌廉湯！本人好鐘意飲甜粟米忌廉湯，所以就慕名去咗食🤣 鮮粟米忌廉湯係餐廳用新鮮粟米打蓉制成，好香濃嘅粟米味同埋忌廉牛奶味，好creamy，亦都好香甜，配通粉食一流😋！另外粟米蓉都令到個湯更有口感。湯底咸甜都適中，唔會太甜，有微微黑椒味吊味。炒蛋都有蛋香，夠滑身，但略為唔夠咸味。多士牛油夠融，多士都軟熟。💪🏻 滑蛋咖喱吉列豬扒飯 ($62)餐廳嘅飯比起常餐就反而有啲失色。咖哩係似日式咖喱味道，但偏稀，比較水。但吉列豬扒夠厚身，亦炸得夠晒脆！味道：8/10 (8分都係畀常餐🤣）性價比：7/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻/5
