最近朋友推介我去尖沙咀呢間萬豚屋試下,開頭聽個名以為係食吉列豬排,點知原來係食烏冬!呢間萬豚屋好受歡迎,黎到排哂長龍,平日都要等位先可以入座。食物既選擇基本上就係烏冬,但你可以揀手打烏冬或者稻庭烏冬。另外就可以揀唔同既湯底同配料。我同朋友第一次食,就揀左一個香菇濃湯豚肉手打烏冬,另外一個Daily Catch 海鮮稻庭烏冬配魚介湯,咁就可以試哂兩款唔同既烏冬。我地就覺得其實兩款烏冬都好食既,手打烏冬既麵身比較粗,所以食落會煙韌啲,不過由於佢係石鍋烏冬,所以浸住喺湯底度一路恆溫煮住,所以食到尾個口感就會比較淋。而稻庭烏冬麵食比較幼,口感偏滑,另外佢係分開上既,所以可以好似食沾麵咁,食到尾都保持煙韌。湯底方面,我自己就比較鍾意香菇濃湯,因為真係有好多菇!加上有少少黑松露既味道,勁香!配料方面,推介Daily Catch 海鮮!!有三隻花甲、兩隻蚊、一件帆立貝同埋蟹柳,勁足料!!而且啲花甲非常鮮甜,正!食食下見到差唔多每檯都有叫啲小食,所以我地都加左一份燒鰻魚,雖然價錢唔平,但鰻魚好厚身,燒完有爽脆既感覺,只係略嫌有少少咸,如果配啤酒應該唔錯!
