To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從由馬拉返黎後，都幾掛住個邊d野食味道，所以今日就搵下有咩馬拉餐廳好食啦，今次去到位於旺角 618 嘅蘇馬蘇馬，聽聞佢係正宗味道，咁就要食下啦。1.馬拉沙嗲串燒/3串串燒分別叫左豬、牛同雞，佢係正宗燒出黎，而唔係坊間咁炸完再燒，所以食落唔會太肥膩，而且一d都唔會乾，肉質非常嫰滑，沙嗲醬入面有好幼細嘅花生碎，食落好惹味，串燒點埋佢個沙嗲黎食，真係好有馬來西亞風味2.馬拉燒蝦(半打)燒蝦係幫你去埋殼先上枱，依個非常好！蝦肉食落爽口，而且味道足夠，食完真係想食多幾隻3.椰汁班蘭冰椰汁味濃，但又有班蘭嘅香味，飲落唔會太甜，好好飲，食完濃味食物飲返啖真係好夠膩4.檸檬薏米水飲落清新，唔會太甜，感覺飲馬拉當地飲嘅味道一樣，正整體黎講餐廳食物質素高，有地道風味，好岩鍾意食馬拉野嘅朋友仔
