To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蘇媽向來的食材皆由馬來西亞直接入口，令其口味獨特，風味絕佳，見咁耐無來到，出開旺角，當然唔可以錯過！馬來西亞拉茶（熱）面層有輕盈泡泡，拉茶絲滑，入口醇厚回甘。怡保白咖啡（凍）入口清爽冰涼，不會太過苦澀，啡香馥郁。馬拉沙嗲串燒/3串 (豬牛雞)3款串燒都做到嫩滑入味，咬勁適中,不會過於乾柴，輕點沙嗲醬汁，更顯滋味。椰香咖央多士多士烘得金黃鬆脆，夾住咖央醬，外脆內軟，椰味香甜可口。砂煲老鼠粉來到時已聞到香噴噴的味道，當中更有多款配料，再混合滑蛋，互相輝映，令老鼠粉口感更Q彈，有嚼勁，鮮美滋味，層次豐富。抹茶榴槤糯米磁糯米磁糯有黏性，搭配香濃的榴槤內餡，口感綿密滑順，真的啖啖濃郁，甘甜可口。
