To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位於旺角的馬來西亞茶餐廳「蘇媽 . 蘇媽」今天經過有機會試下聽講佢地既肉骨茶好出名👍店內環境裝修比較中國風地方寬敞 坐得很舒適Lunch hour 時段亦都唔算太逼夾午市套餐好抵食最貴肉骨茶套餐都唔過$100仲有叻沙、飯類、撈粉麵都吸引最後我揀左肉骨茶（三層肉），配白飯油菜 $76肉骨茶含有當歸，川芎等藥材，建議視乎自己體質才進食。我一直很怕藥材的味道，但這款肉骨茶唔算勁有藥材味，甘甘地唔苦，而且感覺好補，對於經常夜瞓既我還不錯，很養生👍三層肉肥美適中，有啲似東坡肉，唔韌，配埋豆腐卜、金菇，加埋肉骨茶，味道好夾，餸飯一流飲品我揀左美祿暴龍究竟美祿恐龍同美祿暴龍有咩分別？答案係暴龍有雪糕😂美祿勁濃郁，正！甜品叫左班蘭椰絲卷好香班蘭味，好特別，鍾意食班蘭一定唔可以錯過
