To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身邊朋友經常推介蘇媽呢間以馬來西亞菜式既餐廳,加上身為鍾情馬來西亞菜式既我當然要身先士卒,嘗試下呢間遠近馳名既餐廳。一進餐廳,細顧餐廳既裝潢,立刻感受到濃厚既馬來西亞風格,當中更融合本地茶餐廳特色,別樹一格。首先一坐低,當然要一試傳統名菜,馬來西亞的肉骨茶屬福建派系,藥材味較香濃,果然一試味道份外甘甜,醬汁完全被金菇豆卜吸收,食落十分滋味,而三層肉口感軟滑,肥瘦適中,絕對係配搭肉骨茶既最佳之選。識食一定要點蒜和醬油接住下來我再點左個檳城亞參叻沙作有主菜,亞參叻沙出名以酸及辣為主,一試湯底酸味辣味比較重,值得一讚既係蝦膏重👍🏻甜味好出,份量都調中,不多不少。而甜品方面,我再叫左個椰香咖央多士,是東南亞常見的甜點材料。咖央醬做法一般以用上椰漿、鴨蛋或雞蛋、砂糖和牛油等材料隔水加熱撈勻做成。椰醬重,多士質感鬆脆,厚度夠,一咬入口十分滿足,唯獨醬不足,這方面可以改善。未試過馬來菜既朋友,可以放假抽空一試,絕對唔會令你失望。
