To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今朝跑完10k返屋企沖個涼，再補個眠，就落去元氣食sushi補充體力 今次試左新推出嘅汁燒油甘魚！初時望上去覺得塊油甘魚咁乾身，心諗：吾通係伏⋯⋯點知原來有驚喜！d汁好正，香濃得黎又吾會cover哂油甘魚原本嘅魚鮮味！($12/pc)而灸燒牛油赤海蝦亦係我每次必食嘅items之一！牛油味超級香！海蝦又夠爽！($10/pic) 另外，我都好鍾意食元氣嘅卷物！今次就order左炸蝦卷！足料又抵食！($20/3pcs)雖然今日係星期日，但3.4點呢個鐘數通常都吾洗等位，食物又上得快！一定係weekend下午茶嘅首選！
