To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 馬來西亞菜喺香港較少機會食過,今次去黃大仙就係為咗佢去食。餐廳裝修精美,相信店主用足心機,座位可大約坐三四十人,即使人多時不需等太久。先點了一份下午茶的印尼炒飯,炒飯使用甜醬油炒成,配料有雞肉,紅蘿蔔,青豆等等既可增加咬口,亦可增強鮮味,是傳統的印尼炒飯配料。旁邊亦附上一隻太陽蛋及雞肉串燒,當蛋汁溶化於炒飯中,化成另一種香味,是另一種的食法。然後是玻璃魷魚炒通菜,一款傳統的印度菜式,魷魚炒通菜帶有微微的的香辣,相當開胃,再加上通菜的爽脆,可以轉一轉口味。加上其他食物埋單人均約一百元左右,有此等質素很化算。
