To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日踩完單車就係馬鞍山廣場附近睇吓有乜好食，女朋友就帶咗我去馬鞍山新裝修完嘅譚仔度食嘢，自己本身唔太鍾意食麻辣嘢，所以一直都無食過呢間餐廳。坐低之後同女朋友兩個人食，所以就叫左個過橋米線套餐，同埋女朋友指定要叫既麻辣豬耳。麻辣豬耳 : 賣相幾吸引，豬耳切得薄身之剩口感重幾好，好爽口而且也不會太重麻辣味。過橋米線套餐 : 份量真係超級大碗，好似大雜燴咁有成十七樣餸，兩個人食就真係差唔多，一個人就未必食得晒，真係幾抵食。

過橋米線套餐 : 份量真係超級大碗，好似大雜燴咁有成十七樣餸，兩個人食就真係差唔多，一個人就未必食得晒，真係幾抵食。
