To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日其實是到太子附近的興記麵店食麵, 行過永合隆, 醒起蘇絲黃的推介, 便想一嚐港式現場制作的燒臘, 剛入店內, 就看到剛從廚房拿出來的一隻新鮮出爐脆皮燒中豬, 便決定買一條熱騰騰的燒腩骨拿去麵店吃! 當日發生一憾事, 話說我在櫃檯先付錢購買, 然後師傅斬骨, 為添上好滋味, 叫一老伙計加點芥辣, 這伙計喃喃自語, 說” 咁麻煩!!”, 說時遲, 那時快, 他一手便將一包燒腩骨向我掟過來, 質在我的手內, 還怒啤我! 埃! 這等恃老買老的伙計, 真令人哭笑不得!一個好的員工, 永遠是公司的正資產, 正能量.雖然永合隆燒臘水準一流, 但店鋪就不甚雅潔, 不建議堂食, 是日我著高跟鞋, 地下"痴立立", 我差點兒跣落地下做一字馬!剛從廚房拿出來的一隻新鮮滾熱刺的燒中豬脆皮燒豬新鮮熱騰騰, 外皮香脆, 一股燒烤味撲鼻而來, 香噴噴的豬皮給我咬得吱吱作響, 一口咬下, 肉香溢出一層甘香的豬油, 口感層次豐富, 但稍嫌醃料塗得不平均, 底部有時會過咸, 但整体無論在視覺上或食味上, 皆為燒臘的老大哥!For more about today dinner, please feel free t
