馳名烤鴨🦆烤鴨係師傅堂切,細緻咁分成三個部份品嚐,先食脆卜卜嘅鴨皮,油香喺口度迸發,再食肉質嫩滑嘅鴨胸肉,而鴨皮同樣香脆,最後鴨腿肉嘅肉味最為香濃,新派嘅食法係配莓醬、芥末醬、爆炸糖,傳統啲嘅片皮鴨醬、京蔥、青瓜都有,總會揀到自己喜歡嘅配搭😋叉燒皇🔥餐牌介紹係磚爐吊烤嘅煙燻叉燒,上枱嗰陣就已經聞到好香嘅煙燻味,食落口煙燻味依然冇減退,肉質非常軟腍,所挑選嘅部位係有講究嘅,蜜汁就比較甜,整體嘅感覺同平時食嘅叉燒有啲唔同,但係都同樣出色👍第一次試小肉餅,本身以為係一口size,但其實不太小,可以自己唧啲黑醋汁落去~蓮藕餅整得好脆口!餐廳對出就係維港,雖然今次坐唔到窗邊位,但同樣望到依片咁靚嘅維港景~
