To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因上次食北京樓有200蚊coupon,今次試食中銀咭專享套餐。918蚊有前菜醉雞同素方,蒸魚柳,炒蝦球,浸菜苗,小籠包,燕液海皇羹,最重要當然係主角 北京填鴨,以麻沙小丸子作結。首先講下環境,整體新淨,闊落,餐具等都非常乾淨。傳統中式格局。服務都係一貫的好,但人手應該稍為唔夠,侍應們都好忙無停手。味道方面:前菜: 正常,不過不失;欖角蒸魚方(魚柳): 以葱花同刴椒陪面,增加咗口感,同層次,而且無腥味,收貨;炒蝦球:正常菜式,蝦球大隻爽口,入味;瑤柱奶湯菜苗:唔見瑤柱,菜苗爽口,加入芽菜增加口感;蟹粉小籠包:感覺普通,湯汁唔夠多,不過皮薄;海皇羹:普通菜式,無乜特別;原隻北京填鴨:份量十足,皮可以再脆啲,肉質鮮嫩,配上的包皮夠薄,所以唔好一上枱就攞,會散,要等一等,包皮涼少少就易攞,配菜有傳統京葱,青瓜同海鮮醬。正常味道;麻沙小丸子:煙韌既小丸子,加上不同配料既湯水底,幾好食。用了200蚊 coupon,中銀咭埋單,922蚊。 去北京樓主要要食北京填鴨,其他菜式不過不失。
